Painted Daisy
The Painted Daisy plants are back in full force on my balcony. The plants are blooming with several flowers and I'm very happy that I choose to have them again on my balcony.

Blowing bubbles - Part 2
The few whole bubbles I had the luck to get in focus.

This bubble was quite close to me when photographed. You can see me with the camera in it.

Scarlet Sage
The Scarlet Sage plants have really turned out really well. I knew they would give me bright red flowers, but didn't know they would give me so many. They are a delight to have on my balcony and I currently feel that I would like to have them on my balcony again next year.

"The view"
During my summer vacation I was at a café called "The view". It is placed on a horst called Hallandsåsen and overlooks a large part of Halland. It is about 100 meters above sea level, which is not that high, but because Halland is so flat, you can see quite far. I didn't think the view was any thing special, so I didn't get any super great photographs out of the visit. But I'm still glad I took the time to visit it because I wanted to see the place where I live in from high up.

Blowing bubbles - Part 1
These are a few pictures I captures while my girlfriend was entertain children by blowing bubbles. And yes, she was also doing it to entertain me as well. She knew I wanted to try photograph soap bubbles. I hope I will get the opportunity to photograph bubbles again, because I would like to see if I could improve on the pictures.

Spider Spider
Pictures on a spider I found in my parents garden. Posted on a Monday because it is two things that Garfield hates.

The Clematis
The Clematis was a birthday gift I received this year. I was glad when I received it and I'm even more happy over it now. It has really added much color to my balcony and as a bonus it added it on a height that none of my other flowers could reach.

Hallands väderö: A Field chickweed flower
Last post with photographs from Hallands väderö. I took several photos on different flowers, but this photo on a single Field chickweed flower was the only one I felt was special enough to get posted on this blog.

Jasmine tobacco
Jasmine tobacco is a favorite flower. They have every year (this being the third year) given me great results. This year I was a little anxious over their development, they were growing very slowly. But during July they grow a lot and produced many colorful flowers. The plan was to have white and dark purple one, but it seems that the seed bag with dark purple one contained various colors, because now I also have pink and green flowers. Luckily I like lots of colors so the end result looks great my eyes even though it wasn't what I planned.

Penny black flower
Penny black it one of the newcomers on my balcony. It doesn't dominate in any way, but it does contribute to the greenery on the balcony. I think the little flowers look pretty and I wish the plants would produce more of them for me.

Hallands väderö: Mouse
At the end of our visit on Hallands väderö, we walked through a forest. Everywhere in the forest we could hear small mice running through the undergrowth and sometimes we were able to catch quick glimpses of the them. On one occasion though, I got the chance to photograph a mouse before it ran away.

Long Exposure
This is a photo on Halmstad I shoot from a beach south of Halmstad. This shoot was done in the middle of the night and the exposure time was about 2 minutes. I want to go back to that beach another night. I believe I can make an even better photo if I try some more.
